All individual consultations are conducted online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your medical information.

- Adults – nutrition for diabetes, gastrointestinal issues: IBS, Crohn’s, Celiac, EoE, constipation, diarrhea, dumping, nausea, pre/post weight loss surgery (bariatric), etc.
- Children – nutrition for gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, Crohn’s, Celiac, EoE, constipation, diarrhea, etc), weight concerns (underweight or overweight), picky eaters, micronutrients deficiencies, food allergy, healthy eating habits, sports nutrition
Before Your Appointment
Once you schedule a consultation, you will receive an email with:
- A button to join your video visit
- A secure link to upload your referral, lab results and test reports
- The First Visit Form and HIPAA Agreement, which must be completed before your first appointment
Please make sure to fill out all required forms in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient consultation.
Insurance & Reimbursement
I am an in-network provider with Medicare only.
For all other insurance plans, I operate out of network. After your visit, by request I will provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Important: Reimbursement depends on your out-of-network benefits and whether your insurance plan covers nutrition services. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility before booking a consultation.
